
BBQ CHICKPEA PIZZA

Ingredients
- 1 pack whole wheat pizza dough
- 1 cup of barbecue sauce
- 2 cups chickpeas
- 1 red onion minced
- 1 cup of grated mozzarella
- 1/2 cup fresh basil chopped
Instructions
- Preheat to 200 degrees and roll out to about 8 by 10 rectangles.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Combine the chickpeas, onions, and BBQ sauce in a bowl.
- Mix until chickpeas are covered.
- Spread mixture over dough and top with grated cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then top with chopped basil before serving.
